T-minus 28 days and counting until I leave from LA. Today was a day off from the training. Tomorrow I'll be back after it. I will be off for an early morning run of 45 minutes with the Honolulu marathon running group. I am leading the run/walk group which is a new concept for the Honolulu group. I am a real believer in run walk as it saves your legs and your pace doesn't drop off. I guess it is the same as standing up for a minute when you are cycling. It is the change of motion which helps.
There are a few things I need for the trip extra tubes, spare spokes, and a folding tire maybe I'll try and find them tomorrow.
