Greetings From New York!

To be totally honest we are actually in Queens. We are staying in a place called the Hilton Garden Court. Where they came up with the word Garden from is a total mystery. The place is located in between a bunch of freeways. There are freeway ramps totally surrounding the place. The redeeming feature is that it is only about 5 minutes from the JFK airport, and it has a free shuttle and free buffet breakfast. On the buffet breakfast, I had maybe the hardest Bear Claw in the world. It must have been sitting on the buffet since they opened the place thirty years ago.

Agnes and I were going to take the subway into New York and do a city tour or something as our plane does not leave until 6:00Pm. However it is cold and blustery here and the forecast is for 11+ inches of snow. Apparently there is a big blizzard headed this way. It has been forecast to start at 6:00 PM which is the time our plane leaves. I hope they can predict the weather that accurately. So we are just going to chill out in the hotel. Then take the shuttle to the airport.

One of the things I want to do is to run though Central Park. You see all the runners in the movies, and I think that would be something to do. Stay in one of the downtown hotels so that you could take a run though the park. See who says the bucket list thing have to be things like hike to the Mount Everest Base Camp.

The the itinerary looks like we get on the airplane at 6:00 Pm today. We arrive in London Heath row tomorrow morning, where we get on the plane to Israel. We arrive there about 6:00 Pm. Transfer to the hotel and join the tour.

I am good and ready for this trip I watched the Mummy on TV the other day.

There are no pictures to post.
